Stop Drinking Alcohol Before Sleep
When you take alcohol, especially before you sleep, you put your throat muscles at the risk of relaxing, and when they relax, they hinder airflow through the throat and cause snoring. If you think this may be the cause of your snoring, or if people around you complain about you snoring after you’ve taken alcohol, then you should avoid taking alcohol before bed, or you can even stop taking alcohol altogether to see if your snoring will stop.
