One of the most common symptoms of hemorrhoids is painless rectal bleeding, often after going to the toilet. It does not result in pain or is not severe. You would only notice a little bit of red blood in the bowl or on the toilet paper. When the condition advances, it might lead to some other issues, such as small bulges, hurting sensation, or itchiness around your anus.
