Dizziness and fainting
Dizzy spells and fainting might happen when your body can dissolve the blood clots naturally, especially when the affected areas are located on important parts. In these cases, it might be hard to breathe. Dizziness would be most pronounced when you suddenly stand up after lying or sitting down. Also, due to the non-specific nature of this condition, many people do not associate it with a possible blood clot.
