Why You Are Dealing With a Canker Sore
There are still some mysteries about the real cause of the cause(s) of canker sores. However, some factors have been linked to this sore.
To begin with: When you go through stress, your immune system will be affected, and as a result of this, acid reflux may occur, leading to a canker sore. That’s not all: nutrient deficiency plays a part. Canker sores can also be caused by a deficiency of some essential nutrients like vitamin B-12, iron, and folic acid.
Further, having any part of the inside of your mouth damaged, you may experience canker sores. These injuries are usually from toothbrushes, bites, punches and so on. Last, but not the least, allergy and sensitivity. Canker sores can also occur as a result of your body (especially the mouth region) reacting to certain substances contained in what you eat or drink.
