Breast Cancer in Men
Breast cancer is often associated with women. However, it can occur in men as they also have normal breast tissues which would go through some cancerous changes. But keep in mind that this can be a very rare condition. It is estimated that breast cancer is up to 100 times more common in women than in men, especially older people. This is because breast cells in males are much less grown. While the symptoms can also be similar, the level of intensity in male breast cancer is often lower and not as serious. [5]
