Meat extract is a type of food that is highly concentrated with meat stock. Mainly made from pork or beef, this food can add the flavor of meat in cooking or make broth in soups. But as said above, red meats like pork or beef can contain a lot of purines, a key component in the production of uric acid in your body. Thus, consuming meat extract and other similar meat products in your daily would increase the risk of gout, kidney stones, and other similar diseases.
