How to Sun Gaze Properly
To minimize exposure to harmful UV rays, it is advisable to practice sun gazing during off-peak times. Ideally, you may do it during sunset or sunrise. This can be done when you stand outdoors, ideally without wearing glasses or lenses and barefooted, and they look directly into the sun. If you are a beginner, only start with 10 seconds and then increase gradually day by day until the optimal limit has been reached. There is no definitive number of minutes for sun gazing, but it may range between 10 and 45 minutes. [4]
