Triangle Pose
The triangle pose is great for alleviating back and neck tension.
– Step 1: Start with a standing position
– Step 2: Widen the stance by stepping your right foot forward. Make sure to keep the toes of your right foot pointed ahead and keep the right knee straight
– Step 3: Angle your left foot slightly to be more stable
– Step 4: Rotate the torso and hips from the middle to the left to open the hips
– Step 5: Gradually reach your right arm down to the right ankle
– Step 6: Put your left arm up on the left shoulder with your left palm away from the body
– Step 7: Stay in this position for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side [8]
