Warnings for Lucentis

People with the following conditions should avoid taking Lucentis:

– Glaucoma: An injection of Lucentis may increase the pressure in your eye, which can be a risk factor more glaucoma. Therefore, your doctor would suggest some treatments to reduce the pressure before you may take Lucentis.
