Ball Walks

If you want to work out the core, then ball walks are an effective exercise. Make sure to take your time because this is very challenging. Start with sitting on the ball and putting both hands on it. Contract the abs slowly and walk the feet forward. After that, roll down the back until the shoulders and heads are on the gym ball. Your hips should be in a bridge position.
