Ball Circles

Ball circles can help loosen up your body. To begin with, sit on a gym ball and hold your hands on the wall or put them on the ball. Start to roll the hips slowly in a circle to the left. Arch a bit when the hips circle to your back and curve your back when the hips circle to your front. After that, try to make circles. Make sure to contract the abs every time you roll the gym ball forward. Repeat this exercise 20 times to the left and then to the right.
