Williams Syndrome – Causes, Symptoms, Diagnosis & Treatment

Symptoms

Facial Features

People with Williams syndrome tend to have similar facial appearances. They can be described as a small chin, full lips, wide mouth, puffiness around eyes, long philtrum or upper lip length, and upturned, small noses. These features are more common in children. Adults with this condition tend to have a long neck and face. A prominent white lacy pattern or “starburst” can also develop on the iris. Most of those facial features tend to be clear when they get aged. [2]
