Neck Exercises

Pressure in the ear canal can be a possible cause of earaches. To ease the pressure, you can try some simple neck exercises at home. Neck rotation exercises are especially effective. Following these steps to see whether it works for you:

– Sit straight up on the floor with your feet flat

– Rotate your head and neck slowly to the left until the head is parallel with the shoulder

– Rotate to the opposite side

– Make sure to keep the shoulders as high as possible
