Loss of Balance
If you experience dizziness or have difficulty maintaining the balance, then it might be another sign of an infection in your inner ear. If the surrounding space seems to be spinning or moving around you, it is a symptom of vertigo, one of the early signs of ear infections. In some cases, you might also have a change in your vision, such as trouble focusing or double vision.
