Support Group
Having a support group with those people in the same situations would be helpful in coping with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Regular meetings and sessions organized by these groups would teach them how to manage the symptoms and deal with some common problems caused by the condition. Also, some experts or experienced patients would give useful suggestions and advice on daily activities. If you cannot find a support group in the neighborhood, just ask your healthcare provider or look it up on the internet. [13]
