Facial Tenderness
Sinusitis would make your sinuses tender and swollen. As a result, it might also lead to the tenderness of your face. You can easily check this symptom by using your fingers to press gently along the areas of your face near the nose, including above the eyes and cheeks. If they are swollen or sore, these can be a clear sign of infectious sinusitis. Also, these areas might be redder than normally with pain around the teeth or jaw.
