Urinary Retention
After urinating, you should notice whether you are actually done or not. In many cases, a bladder infection would make it unable for your body to empty the bladder completely. There, you have to urinate again and again, but there are only a couple of drops coming out. This symptom would be caused by the narrowing of the opening due to inflammation and swelling. The feeling can be uncomfortable and annoying. Urinary retention can be chronic or acute, depending on the underlying cause of your bladder infection. In both cases, older men tend to be at the highest risk. [4]
