Pluck and Groom Hair
If hair grows inside the ear canal of your dog, it would obstruct airflow and lead to dryness. Without sufficient moisture, your ear will be more vulnerable to the attacks of bacteria or yeasts. Therefore, it is a good idea to pluck and groom hair in the inner ear. As a rule of thumb, any long furs tend to increase the risks of ear infections. Thus, make sure to trim all of these parts. Take precautions during this process because a small mistake would cause some injuries or damages to surrounding areas. [8]
