Coconut oil would work as a mild antifungal to clear up an infection caused by yeasts in the ear of your dog. It is a popular product in many supermarkets or food stores. Firstly, you need to simmer coconut oil in a pan with several garlic cloves. Stop when the oil gets thin. Wait for 10 minutes for it to cool down before applying several drops on the affected areas.
