Food allergy
Food allergy is basically a reaction of your immune system which happens soon after eating a specific food. Even a small amount of the allergy-causing ingredient could trigger symptoms and signs of diarrhea and other digestive issues such as eczema, vomiting, hives, and swelling of throat, tongue or face. The appearance of the stools might be watery and would contain blood, which often lasts less than 1 day. It is basically possible to have an allergy to any kinds of food, but the majority of food allergies are associated with 8 foods. These include shellfish, fish, tree nut, peanut, wheat, egg, soy, and milk. [5]
