Neck Exercises
Because some ear infections would increase pressure in your ear canal, you can alleviate your pain with some neck exercises. Here are a few simple steps to reduce pressure:
– Sit straight with both of your feet stay flat
– Slowly rotate the head and neck to the left until the head becomes parallel with the shoulder
– Do the same with your head in the right
– Raise the shoulders high
– Make slow movements and gently hold them stretching, while counting to five [10]
