Chest Discomfort

Having heart disease can lead to various kinds of chest discomfort. This is the most common sign of heart disease. You feel a tightness or pressure in your chest which comes often than average. It is possible to feel pains too. Not just a kind of pain that you feel when a specific spot hurt as you touch or push on it. This pain spreads all over the chest and causes you to be inactive at that period. These feelings usually last longer than a few minutes, and you can experience them either while at rest or when engaged in physical activity.[3]
