Chest Pain
One of the most common signs of coronary heart disease is angina, a form of chest pain. It might cause a sensation of pressure, heaviness, or tightness in the chest area. Sometimes, you can feel numbness and burning or aching pain. The exact intensity and sign can vary from person to person, depending on the underlying cause. In some cases, the pain would spread to surrounding areas, such as arms, shoulders, neck, jaw, and back. The discomfort would radiate to the shoulder or upper abdomen as well.
