- Stay in a good mood. Stress can disturb hormonal balance in our body and cause chin pimples.
- Eating healthier to get rid of acne. Avoid high-glycemic foods like pasta, white bread, and white rice.
- Change and wash your beddings regularly to lower the risk of skin exposure to bacteria, fungi, and dander.
- Don’t touch your chin or jawline with your hands.
Remove hair on your chin gently to avoid ingrown hair.
