Cold Symptoms
Allergic asthma can lead to some typical symptoms of flu or cold. These include sore throat, runny nose, congestion, or sneezing. They occur when your asthma is caused by viruses or bacteria. If you have a bacterial infection, then the coughing might have white, green, or dark mucus. When it is white or clear, then the coughing might be viral. If these symptoms happen at the same time as gasping for breath and wheezing on exhalation, then it is likely that you have allergic asthma. [5]
