Lightheadedness or Fainting
During this stage in which these symptoms occur, the patient becomes sick. This sickness usually leads to a decrement in the food consumption rate of the patient. So if the patient does not take adequate food, he or she loses more weight which causes lightness. Also, lightness most time lead to the patient fainting at one particular time or the other. This symptom is not a regular one for migraine like others, but it occurs anytime a patient experienced much vomiting.[11]
