Terminal Knee Extension
Terminal knee extension is a simple yet very effective exercise to improve the strength of the quads. During this exercise, the quads can be involved by supporting the weight of the body. You need to have a resistance band before starting. First, tie the band around the leg of a table or a stable object to make sure it is anchored around the knee’s height. Step in the loop with one leg while facing the anchor point. Make sure to bend the knee slightly. Slowly straighten the knee and put more tension on the band. You should feel some resistance from the band when straightening the knee fully. Stay in this position for 3 seconds and repeat 15 times. [3]
